Our journey began with a bold vision: to guide the entire process of product creation, from the spark of an idea to launching a fully operational solution into the market. This cosmic endeavor required the development of a robust business model and the design, creation, and implementation of a solution that empowers users to stay physically active.

Drawing on market insights, competitive analysis, and the team's collective wisdom, we charted a course through various potential business models, rigorously testing their assumptions in the market.

We identified the gravitational pull of inactivity and the key impacts it had on health. To counteract this, we set out to create a mobile game—a dynamic tool designed to help users break free from the inertia of inactivity. Within just 6 weeks, the first version of the game was launched. After six months of development, we achieved stellar results: 7% retention after 28 days of use, far exceeding the U.S. market average of 2%.

This app, crafted by the Innovatika team with the American market in mind, was initially aimed at individual users. Now, our ""beloved child"" Fitale is preparing for its next great adventure—launching into the Polish market, where it will be offered to business clients.

In Fitale, every step a user takes becomes fuel for an epic space adventure. These steps power a robot on a quest to explore the universe, traveling from planet to planet. With each new world discovered, users are rewarded with coins, helpful items, and fascinating trivia, making every step a meaningful part of the journey. As the robot moves through the cosmos, he inspires users to keep stepping, driving the adventure forward.
