It all started with an internal pain during the company-wide transition from Trello to Jira. We needed to set up automated processes by adding multiple items to a Jira ticket. At that time, there were no user-friendly checklist plugins on the market. So we created it – Smart Checklist for Jira. The plugin grew to 500 clients independently, now it counts more than 3K instances (over 2.2M users).
Our experience with Smart Checklist inspired us to create more Smart Tools, designed to optimize workflows and boost the productivity of teams across all levels of the company. We united them under the TitanApps umbrella.
TitanApps is driven by our passion to help professional teams work more efficiently and don’t waste time on routine tasks. Our key idea is that not only products should be user-friendly, but processes, as well. That’s why TitanApps aims at making complex things simpler—and easier. Today, TitanApps includes four products for Jira:
Smart Checklist helps you organize your work with clear ToDo’s. Create checklists, save them as templates, and apply them to recurring tasks with automation.
Smart Templates is a productivity tool designed to optimize team performance and establish company standards.
Smart Productivity & Team Performance Dashboard for Jira is a plugin that helps to get a clear picture of what teams are working on and how they perform on average.
Smart AI Release Notes is a plugin for Project Managers that summarizes the work your agile team tracks in Jira. Our Jira app pulls the info about new features, bug fixes, and changes from your tasks and sub-tasks.
And we have ambitious plans to integrate even more Smart Tools to improve the way businesses are managed.
